Project deliverables will be provided as specified in the project proposal. Final delivery occurs upon receipt of final payment and completion of all agreed deliverables.
You retain all rights to content, images, and materials you provide for your project. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use such content.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.
Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) used in your project are subject to their respective licensing terms. You are responsible for any ongoing licensing fees.
We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, methodologies, and any reusable code or components not specifically created for your project.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to:
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
We warrant that our deliverables will be free from material defects and will conform to the specifications agreed upon in the project proposal for a period of 30 days after delivery.
We will fix any bugs or issues identified during the warranty period at no additional cost. Issues arising from client modifications or third-party integrations are not covered.
Post-warranty support is available under separate maintenance agreements or on a time-and-materials basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techies Geeks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date and any costs incurred.
We may terminate our services if you breach these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that interferes with our ability to provide services.
Upon termination, we will provide you with all work completed to date upon payment of outstanding amounts. Ongoing services and support will cease.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
These terms, along with any project proposals or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Techies Geeks.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision.
