2. General Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds for Completed Work

Once services have been delivered and accepted by the client, refunds are generally not available. This includes:

  • Completed website development projects
  • Delivered SEO campaigns and optimization work
  • Completed digital marketing campaigns
  • Custom design work that has been approved
  • Any services where work has been completed as agreed

2.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

While we don't offer monetary refunds for completed work, we provide a 30-day warranty period during which we will fix any issues or bugs that arise from our work at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Work Commences

If you cancel a project before we begin any work, you may receive a full refund of any advance payments made, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover initial consultation and planning costs.

3.2 After Work Commences

If you cancel a project after work has begun:

  • You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any unused portion of advance payments may be refunded, minus administrative costs
  • We will provide all completed work upon payment of outstanding amounts
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable

4. Service-Specific Policies

4.1 Website Development

Before Design Approval: If you cancel before approving the initial design concept, you may receive a 70% refund of advance payments.

After Design Approval: Once design is approved, no refunds are available as custom work has been created specifically for your project.

4.2 SEO Services

Monthly SEO Services: You may cancel monthly SEO services with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for the current month if cancellation occurs after the 5th of the month.

One-Time SEO Projects: No refunds once SEO work has been completed and delivered.

4.3 Digital Marketing

Ad Spend: All advertising spend is non-refundable once committed to ad platforms.

Management Fees: Management fees for the current month are non-refundable if services have been provided.

4.4 Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once consulting sessions have been conducted or reports have been delivered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Service Failure

If we fail to deliver services as agreed in the project proposal, and this failure is due to our negligence or inability to perform, we may offer:

  • Partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of services
  • Additional work to complete the project at no extra cost
  • Service credits for future work

5.2 Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, or other force majeure events.

6. Refund Process

  • Provide any supporting documentation
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying event

6.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to:

  1. First, discuss the matter with our customer service team
  2. If unresolved, request escalation to a senior manager
  3. As a final step, we may agree to third-party mediation

We are committed to fair resolution and will work in good faith to address any concerns.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. If we discontinue a service that you've paid for, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service.

9. Payment Processing Fees

Any payment processing fees (typically 2-3% for credit card payments) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the net amount after deducting these fees.
